Pressure Plates measure pressure distribution and the center of pressure path throughout the swing — the data most directly useful for diagnosing balance, weight shift, and foot mechanics. Force Plates additionally capture vertical ground reaction forces, horizontal shear, and torque (6-axis data), enabling deeper biomechanical analysis of power generation.
